Process Discovery facilitation

Triaster provides training courses on the Triaster Solution at our premises in Oxfordshire, which are open to all customers.

The Process Discovery facilitation day offers our customers the opportunity to develop the skills to capture process information, and facilitate process discovery sessions within their organisations to pull a process together.

The day will also provide useful tips on regular issues which are common when improving or reviewing processes; negativity, reluctance to change etc

Process Discovery workshop exercises include:

• Techniques to capture processes
• What techniques apply to you?
• In-depth practical application of techniques
• Tips on common issues

Cost per delegate for the Process Discovery Facilitation day is £450 plus VAT, including lunch. However, customers with a Trusted Partner Agreement can attend free of charge (not including lunch).
